Dr. KLAUS J. NICK, WATER AGENCY DR. KLAUS J. NICK

HYTECON and Water Agency Dr. Klaus J. Nick, a private consulting business of the chemist Dr. Nick are new cooperation partners effective of 01.05.2008.

The business of Dr. Nick is an wholistic consulting approach with respect to water treatment and analysis with a focus on decentralized concepts. Furthermore Dr. Nick and HYTECON will work together to commercialize an innovative method for arsenic removal on the basis of iron-oxide media widely used for this application at time being. The new process enables significantly longer on duty time spans and as such leads to substantial cost reductions in comparison to the conventional utilization of iron-oxide media.

UWE HOFER, ENVIRONMENT-WATER-ENERGY

Since 01.12.2007 HYTECON and Uwe Hofer, Environment-Water-Energy are cooperation partners. Uwe Hofer works as a technical consultant, he holds an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering with long term experience in the field of water treatment technologies, specifically ozone- and UV-treatment. Previously he was working for ITT WEDECO GmbH in the position of the product development director for many years. His specific technical knowledge and generic process optimization skills in combination with excelent insights into the water business make him an ideal partner for HYTECON to work with.

NEW COOPERATION PARTNER

HAMMANN Wasser-Kommunal Ingenieurgesellschaft für kommunale Dienstleistungen mbH and HYTECON are cooperating since August 2007. The company was founded by Hans Gerd Hammann to serve today's key business of the company to effectively clean municipal drinking water pipeline systems by means of a patented pulsed cleaning process. HAMMANN Kommunal convinced more than 800 municipal customers about this innovative method since then. For more than 2 years the company has also successfully expanded the business into the cleaning of water systems in residential and commercial buildings. HYTECON and HAMMANN Kommunal are cooperating in order to transfer the technology into the medical business sector.

DICKS CONSULT

DICKS CONSULT, Zug, Switzerland, is a cooperation partner for HYTECON in the field of investment and business development aspects. Christoph Dicks as an investor is also a partner of HYTECON. His company is providing consulting services to investment firms, companies and startups with respect to finance, strategy and business development. As a CFO and later CEO of WEDECO AG Water Technology as well as CEO of BIOPETROL INDUSTRIES AG he successfully managed two companies and introduced them to the public stock market (IPO).

INSTITUTE OF HYGIENE AND PUBLIC HEALTH

HYTECON GmbH cooperates scientifically with the Institute of Hygiene and Public Health, University of Bonn, headed by Prof. Dr. Martin Exner (Managing Director). The Institute is part of the medical faculty of the Rheinische Friedrich Wilhelms University of Bonn and belongs to the medical hospitals of the University. ZENEK AQUA CONSULT

In the field of filtration and membrane separation technology HYTECON cooperates with zenek aqua consult, Düsseldorf, managed by Dipl.-Ing. Christian Güngerich. Mr. Güngerich has a track record of more than 30 years in the membrane business - thereof twelve years as General Manager Europe with Koch Membrane Systems Inc., USA, and fifteen years responsible for the European business of Zenon Inc., today GE Membrane Solutions, a division of GE Water Group, USA.
