Project: Biofilm Monitoring

Status: HYTECON, the Institute for Hygiene and Public Health, Bonn as well as other external partners are currently working on the further development of a cost effective and efficient method to detect and identify biofilms in water containing distribution systems.

Project: Removal of Biofilms in Water Containing Medical Devices

Status: HYTECON and further external partner are currently investigating a physical method to remove biofilms in medical devices, e.g. in the field of endoscopes.
